Tristar has very strong management and are quite organized. Whenever I phone in to find out about my vehicle, Bruce is always there to answer any questions that I may have. Their service is always prompt, and for the past 7 years, the experience has just been excellent. Clean Shop with Hard-Working Staff

About 10 years ago, when my BMW needed new paint, I priced it out to 3 companies and Tristar’s quote came in a close second, (they were all about the same) but their shop looked cleaner, and the people seemed more interested in doing the work, so I hired them. The car repair was perfect, and with the undercoating, it never rusted at all. This year someone ploughed into my wife in a shopping lot and I never took it to anyone else for a quote; Tristar did the work on our new Mustang convertible and it was flawless. What’s more, Bruce was always available for updates and we got a peppy little loaner car during the process; just awesome!

Tristar Goes Above And Beyond Expectation!

Tristar, for me, goes far above and beyond my expectations. Their service is just great. I absolutely recommend them to anyone. I believe that they take more pride in what they do, as opposed to just looking for a nice revenue base, and that’s right up my alley because I am a corporate controller, so their level of efficiency is outstanding. Even at 10 pm they were waiting with their cell phones for my tow company to deliver my car. In summary, they are the role model for car dealership/service companies to follow.

Quick, Friendly Staff Works Well With Insurance Company

Tristar’s service has always just been fantastic for us. I’ve actually had 5 accidents in the past 14 months; it seems that I always get hit when I am stopped. The reason that I choose Tristar is that they are quick, they are friendly, my car always looks great and my insurance company is always happy with them!
